Annual General Meeting
28TH JUNE 2014 at Eccles, Manchester
We encourage all members to attend if they can. The AGM is where the targets and directions of the Association are set for the next twelve months, and where the National Committee postholders are elected. This is also your chance to meet the National Committee, and discuss any issues with them, or to get answers to any questions you may have.
If you would like to make any Proposals to the AGM or nominate anybody for a National Committee post you must do so in writing to the NABD office no later than May 31st. All proposals and nominations must be proposed and a seconded by NABD members, and both people must be in attendance at the meeting or the Proposal will be void. Postal or Proxy votes are not accepted on any issue. If you want to have your say, you must make the effort to attend.
Late proposals may be allowed from the floor of the meeting but
this will depend on time available and will be at the discretion of the
Affiliated club members are welcome to attend, but each Club will only carry one vote in any ballot.
The meeting will start at 10:30 am and finish about 3:00pm.
Tea, coffee and a light buffet will be provided during the meeting. It will help us get the buffet right if members could contact the office (firstname.lastname@example.org or 0844 415 4849) and let us know that you will be attending the meeting.
The building and toilets are wheelchair accessible.
There will be entertainment laid on for the evening and people wisshing to stay overnight can kip in the club free of charge (remember to bring your sleeping bag).

From M60 leave at Junction 10 and follow signs to Trafford Park along Trafford Boulevard, staying in the nearside lane to Ellesmere Circle roundabout (B&Q). Take 1st exit from the roundabout, onto Redclyffe Road. Pass B & Q and go over the swing bridge. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Barton Lane (B5230). Barton Sports and Social Club is on the right hand side, approximately 1/2 mile on, at the junction of Crowngreen Road.
